The pie charts compare dangerous waste management by three ways in the Republic of Korea, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

It is clear that the majority of dangerous waste products are buried underground in the UK and Sweden. By contrast, recycling is the most popular way of dangerous waste management.

In the UK, as much as 82% of wastes are put into landfill sites in spite of having 4 different ways of waste management. Only 2% of waste products are dealt with fire and 8% of harmful wastes are dumped into the sea. This country also uses a unique way to dispose of 8% of dangerous wastes with chemicals, which is not used in other countries.

Compared with harmful waste management in the UK without recycling, 69% of dangerous waste products in the Republic of Korea are recycled, while the figure in Sweden is 25%. And only 9% of harmful wastes are disposed with incineration, while the figure in Sweden is 20%. And Korea buries 22% of dangerous waste products, compared with 55% of them buried underground in Sweden.
