今年4月份的时候，受Women In Localization邀请做了简单的讲座我曾经立志连接一千个翻译同行，我做到了，介绍了成立翻译社群的动机，希望减少翻译行业的信息不透明化，让靠谱的译员和靠谱的翻译公司对接。

到今天，入群成员编号已到了1939。与此同时，也有不少翻译公司&团队委托我，或者直接入驻到我们群里来招募译员，包括新宇智慧、优笔译、安徽译博、Transperfect、火星等等。

今天入驻进群的是国际知名的翻译公司BLENDTranslations（前身是“One Hour Translation”）。

我很久之前在自由译员国外接单网站大盘点中就简单介绍过它家，没想到这次有机会近距离合作，跟亚太地区的销售负责人Ann有挺愉快的沟通，开心~

Ann告诉我，BLEND当前亚太地区PM项目经理岗位尚且空缺，非常希望合适的同学能够加入，支持远程工作。

Localization project managers (PMs) manage every step of the localization process, facilitating handoffs between stakeholders and keeping various requests on track and on budget for the B2B client PNL.

We are currently looking for a PM to help bring the BLEND experience to all existing a client portfolio and potential new clients in the APAC region.

A successful candidate is a highly motivated individual who works comfortably and autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You have demonstrated the ability to manage priorities and projects and the right mix of organizational and communication skills.

Requirements:

·2+ years of proven project management experience in l10n, i18n, or g11n industry.

·Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or similar field

·Native Chinese and excellent command of the English language

·Successful project management of concurrent medium-sized/enterprise level projects.

·Demonstrated experience with in-house or third-party translation management software (TMS), CAT tools, an AI-powered software

·Excellent client orientation skills, desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage multiple priorities well.

Key Responsibilities:

·Effectively manage deadline-driven projects from early scope to final delivery.

·Work successfully with project partners and stakeholders across various locations and time zones.

·Adhere to established localization standards, systems, and best practices.

·Partner with technology teams to drive the globalization of internal tools and systems.

·Maintain clear and consistent project status reporting for project partners and leadership.

·Work closely with external and internal language service providers to ensure on-time, high-quality translation delivery.
