When is democracy necessary?

Demorcacy is not as necessary as food or sex, we need it because we will meet some conflicts.

These conflicts may come from good will or evil desire, and they can lead to violence.

So democracy starts from our need of peace.

But why should we stop our fighting? Only when we can't recognize what is good.

And that means we can only start a war when we can win without death.

So we need democracy when we want to turn our enemies to be friends.
