接触冥想的5年来我用过的冥想引导词不少于50篇,唯Mooji这一篇诗一样的冥想词让我想要反反复复听,还常常觉得觉得常听常新,又觉得第一个音符响起就已经很熟悉。这种感觉非常好。慢慢地我养成习惯, 冥想就只固定用这一首引导词了,因为似乎对快速进入安静状态很有帮助,让我随时可以抵达内心安静庇护的一隅,如同回家般轻车熟路。
尝试翻译出来,打算以后遇到合适的男声,请对方配个音(单纯觉得男声低沉比较耐听),就能出个汉语版本的,让有需要的人也能一起快乐回家。

请持续地把你的注意力带到这里。
头脑会来测试你,这是避无可避的,
但你不会失败。
头脑是你的仆人,不是你的主人。
记住这一点。
你才是不变的那一个。
记住这一点,在你的内在深处。
你见证了所有被称为“生命”的来来去去。
你是生命本身,同时也是生命的见证者。
恪守这一点,则喜乐常在。

Should any thought or feeling or image appear,let it be
There's nothing to keep or to hold on to from mind, merely clouds passing.
You are not passing.
Be aware of this.

Simply by not combing the sense of self

This is your true place and self.

Awareness never came, cannot go.
You are the stillness in the heart of all movement.
The unchanging inside all changefulness.
You may have heard such things,
read them even, but now you can know.
For you are resting, inside your own awareness, as one.
There is no need to even belive in this,
know this.
Seeing without eyes,
knowing without mind,
being without becoming.
For a time you lived unaware of your true nature.
Now you know, and are.
Cursing nothing, judging nothing,
happy inside your own self.
Marinate your mind in this knowing.
So that, when you are pushed in the world of changes,
you will konw the unchanging.
When you are in the mist of all noise,
you will be the silence.
But do not speak of this,
be this.
In all your ways, remian natural.
Remain with yourslelf.
What is past for you?
What is future?
What is even present for you?
Vast and unbound are you.
Keep bringing your attention here.
Mind will come to test you,
an activity that must happen.
You cannot fail.
Mind is your servent, not your master.
Remember that.
You are the unchanging one.
Remember this,deep inside your being.
You witness all the comings and goings called life.
You are yourslef life,and the witness to life.
Abide in this, and be spontaneously happy.
