“一座莫干山,半部民国史。”一百多年前,莫干山上建起了度假别墅、邮局、银行、商铺,200多幢遍布于山间的别墅,有北欧田园式乡村别墅的陡坡屋顶,也有古罗马的柱式建筑遗风,有哥特式的卷拱门窗,也有西方古典式的门庭栏杆,还有中国古典式建筑的歇山飞檐点缀其间。大自然的杰出创造和近代风云变幻的历史,共同铸就了兼具东西方文化特色的莫干山,被人们冠以“万国别墅博物馆”之名,仅列入全国文保单位的就有43处,也被誉为“中国的富士山”、“东方的托斯卡纳”。张静江、黄郛、马占山、蒋介石、梅滕更……无数民国时期风云人物就像莫干山上的云海一样,肆意挥洒,尽情施展,自由驰骋,勾勒出一个政治、经济、文化等多维度的“秀场”,构建起一个中西方文化交融、碰撞的特有标本,留下一袭江南旧梦的渔樵夜话。
"One Moganshan, half the history of the Republic of China." Over a hundred years ago, on Moganshan, vacation villas, post offices, banks, and shops were constructed. More than 200 villas are scattered throughout the mountains, featuring steep-sloped roofs reminiscent of Northern European countryside villas, traces of ancient Roman columnar architecture, Gothicarched windows and doors, classical Western-style gatehouses and railings, as well as traditional Chinese architectural elements like "xie shan" (sloping roofs with projecting eaves). The outstanding creations of nature and the ever-changing history of modern times combined to shape Moganshan into a blend of Eastern and Western cultural features. It was dubbed the "Museum of Villas from around the World." There are 43 locations designated as national cultural heritage sites, and it's also referred to as "China's Mount Fuji" and the "Oriental Tuscany." Countless prominent figures of the Republic of China era, such as Zhang Jingjiang, Huang Fu, Ma Zhanshan, Chiang Kai-shek, and David Duncan Main, were like the clouds in the sky above Moganshan, freely expressing themselves, showcasing their talents, and freely roaming. They painted a multi-dimensional "show stage" encompassing politics, economy, culture, and more. It fostered a unique fusion and clash of Chinese and Western cultures, leaving behind tales of old Jiangnan dreams exchanged by fishermen and woodcutters under the starry skies.

党和国家领导人曾多次亲临视察,古木翠竹、飞瀑流泉、清凉怡人的莫干山上,留下了奋斗的足迹,镌刻着贤者的传奇。1937年,周恩来肩负中央重托,南下在此与蒋介石进行第二次国共合作谈判。1940年,莫干山成为中共浙西特别工作委员会驻地。1952年,陈毅来到莫干山,留下了7首脍炙人口的《莫干好》。1954年,毛主席在杭州主持起草“五四宪法”,来到莫干山下榻126号别墅,留下《七绝·莫干山》的诗句。
Party and state leaders have visited and inspected Moganshan many times, leaving their footprints on ancient trees, lush bamboo groves, cascading waterfalls, and refreshing scenery, with legends of struggle and wisdom engraved. In 1937, entrusted by the central leadership, Zhou Enlai came south to hold the second round of negotiations for the National United Front with Chiang Kai-shek. In 1940, Moganshan became the residence of the Communist Party of China's Zhejiang-West Special Working Committee. In 1952, Chen Yi visited Moganshan, composing seven memorable verses of "Mogan is Good." In 1954, Chairman Mao Zedong presided over the drafting of the "Constitution of 1954" in Hangzhou. He stayed in Building 126 at the foot of Moganshan, leaving behind poetic verses titled "Seven-Character Quatrain: Moganshan."




从古至今,莫干山一直以“江南第一山”极为秀美的自然山水,吸引一批又一批的隐士、僧人、政要、名流、游客来此开发、建设、会议、度假。面对这样一个自然与人文并重的场地,我们该如何以后瞻和前瞻的态度进行营造?在对其再开发、再建设的过程中,延续其千年的历史,让其焕发出原有的热烈底色——天然避暑胜地,赋予其当代的明亮色彩——游客的获得感,催生一个洋溢希望的可持续未来图景。
本次莫干山核心景区规划及荫山街概念设计国际竞赛,由浙江省机关事务管理局、浙江省住房和城乡建设厅、浙江省文化和旅游厅、浙江省林业局指导,中国风景名胜区协会支持,莫干山管理局(文旅集团)主办,YoungBird组织策划,designverse设计宇宙提供全球设计资源大数据研究服务平台,面向全球设计机构、设计师个人征集优秀方案,现正式启动。
Throughout history, Moganshan has always been renowned as the "Number One Mountain in Jiangnan" for its extraordinary and beautiful natural landscapes, continuously attracting hermits, monks, politicians, celebrities, tourists, and numerous others to explore, develop, hold meetings, and enjoy holidays in this place.Faced with such a site that combines both natural beauty and cultural heritage, how can we approach its development with a forward-looking attitude while looking back? In the process of redevelopment and construction, we should continue its thousand-year history, allowing it to radiate its original warm essence as a natural summer retreat, while infusing it with contemporary vibrancy, enhancing visitors' experience, and envisioning a sustainable and hopeful future.
The Moganshan Core Scenic Area Planning and Yinshan Street Conceptual Design International Competition is officially launched, guided by Zhejiang Provincial Government Offices Administration, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and Zhejiang Provincial Forestry Administration, and supported by China Association of National Parks and Scenic Sites. The competition is hosted by Moganshan Administration (Cultural and Tourism Group), and organized by YoungBird with designverse as the global design resource big data research and service platform, aiming to obtain outstanding proposals from global designers and design agencies.






《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》,提出要推动文化和旅游融合发展,打造一批富有文化底蕴的世界级旅游景区和度假区,推进创新发展,提升度假休闲服务品质。
莫干山,位于长江三角洲中心位置,拥有千年的人文历史,以修竹、山泉、别墅称秀于江南,被称为“江南第一山”,享有“清凉世界”之美誉,是中国四大避暑胜地之一,亦有“世界近代建筑博物馆”之称,未来将打造成长三角名片级的国际旅游度假景区。
According to the Outline of the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035 of the People's Republic of China, it is proposed to promote the integrated development of culture and tourism, creating a batch of world-class tourist attractions and resorts with rich cultural heritage, advancing innovation and development, and enhancing the quality of leisure and vacation services.
Moganshan, located in the central region of the Yangtze River Delta, boasts a thousand years of cultural history. Renowned for its bamboo groves, mountain springs, and villas that are unparalleled in Jiangnan, Moganshan is acclaimed as the "Number One Mountain in Jiangnan" and is known as the "Cool World," making it one of China's top four summer retreats. It is also referred to as the "World Modern Architecture Museum". In the future, Moganshan aims to become an internationally renowned tourist destination in the Yangtze River Delta region.


1. 体现莫干山核心区主平台、主引擎作用,与山下业态形成互补;

3. 确定空间最佳布局:针对不同年龄及消费层级群体,明确最适宜的空间结构和功能组团及价值;
4. 构建功能空间体系:以目标用户需求为导向,策划引领业态,产品思维,合理构建各功能空间内容;
5. 预留弹性空间:充分考虑空间的灵活性,为后续业态产品的运营迭代预留弹性。

5、成本可控及盈利:基于前述目标,确保方案执行下,进行合理的成本控制,同时充分考虑项目的合作模式及盈利模式。
5. Cost Control and Profitability: Based on the aforementioned objectives, ensure reasonable cost control under the executed plan, while thoroughly considering project cooperation and profitability models.

项目要求传承好莫干山文化,以生态优先最大程度地保留莫干山的底色,在保护中发展,在发展中保护,以《莫干山风景名胜区总体规划》(2018-2035)为依据,针对莫干山山顶核心景区3平方公里范围进行业态规划,提出策划运营建议(附加),并针对荫山街400米主干区域进行空间风貌的提升和建筑风貌的创新。主要内容有:
The project demands the preservation and inheritance of Moganshan's cultural heritage, with a primary focus on ecological considerations to retain the essence of Moganshan. The design should strive for a harmonious development, balancing preservation and progress. The Masterplan of Moganshan Scenic Spots (2018-2035) serves as the basis for the competition proposals.In regard to the 3-square-kilometer scope of Moganshan's mountaintop core scenic area, a business format planning is proposed, along with operational suggestions (additional), and enhancements to the spatial appearance and innovative architectural style of the 400-meter Yinshan Street. The main contents are as follows:
4、项目整体定位及功能布局架构,包含项目站位与愿景,项目主题特色建议,总体功能布局建议,整体用地功能及比例建议,分区下各类配套物业类型及定位改造建议。

Overall Project Positioning and Functional Layout Framework, including project positioning and vision, proposed project themes and features, suggestions for overall functional layout, suggestions for overall land use functions and proportions, suggestions for various types of supporting properties and their positioning within specific sectors.
11、3处重要公共空间场景节点指认及空间意向和风貌初步建议。
11. Identification of 3 Key Public Space Scene Nodes, Preliminary Spatial Intent and Aesthetic Suggestions.
在分析解读策划方案和总体提升设计方案的基础上,提出概念定位与项目主题特色,基于市场理解判断导入有效重点产品,架构项目谱系,并研判未来可行的运营策略及推动路径。调整深化总体提升设计方案,并结合策划方案思考项目未来的实操性和落地性。
Based on the analysis and interpretation of the refined planning proposal and overall enhancement design proposal, this approach puts forward conceptual positioning and project theme features. Based on a deep understanding of the market, it introduces strategically important products, establishes a project framework, and assesses feasible operational strategies and implementation routes in the future. The overall enhancement design proposal is adjusted and refined, incorporating considerations from the planning proposal to contemplate the project's practicality and feasibility in the future implementation.

Conceptual Architectural Design:Submission of conceptual architectural design deliverables: Conceptual diagrams of building volumes, all buildings renovation design, building plans, elevations, sections, and renderings of all single buildings. 莫干山,地处浙江省西北部湖州市德清县境内,距杭州60公里、上海200公里、南京230公里,苏州160公里,毗邻太湖、杭州湾,气候宜人,空气清新,是整个长三角地区最适宜度假的目的地。主峰塔山海拔720米,山脉连绵,秀丽多姿,茂林修竹,山泉清澈,四季景色各异。主要景点有剑池、芦花荡、武陵村、旭光台、滴翠潭、大坑等。
Moganshan is situated in the northwestern part of Deqing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It is located 60 kilometers from Hangzhou, 200 kilometers from Shanghai, 230 kilometers from Nanjing, and 160 kilometers from Suzhou. Moganshan, adjacent to Taihu Lake and Hangzhou Bay, enjoys a pleasant climate and fresh air, making it an ideal vacation destination in the entire Yangtze River Delta region. The main peak, Tashan Mountain, reaches an altitude of 720 meters. The mountain range is continuous and boasts a picturesque landscape with lush bamboo forests, clear mountain springs, and diverse scenery throughout four seasons. Its main attractions include Sword Pool, Reed Marsh Park, Wuling Village, Dawn Light Platform, Emerald Green Pool, and Dakeng, etc.


莫干山绿化覆盖率达92%以上,近年,围绕“森林旅游+”举办了多场特色活动和赛事,围绕“文化润景”,打好人文牌,举办了“文艺赋美·夏之荷”、“星空下的朗读”等专题活动,不仅展示了景区优美自然风光,进一步提升游客体验感,努力呈现千年莫干山文化底蕴之美。
Moganshan has a green coverage rate of over 92%. In recent years, numerous themed activities and events have been held basedon the concept of "Forest Tourism+".Focusing on the "Scenery with Cultural Decoration", we paidattention to how to make the literary characteristic stand out and held special events such as "Literary and Artistic Lending of Beauty · Summer Lotus" and "Reading under the Starry Sky". This not only showcased the beautiful natural scenery of the scenic spots, but also further enhanced tourists' sense of experience, striving to present the beauty of the millennium old Moganshan cultural heritage.




本项目业态规划范围是山顶核心景区,面积3平方公里,东起枕头山,南至炮台山,西接怪石角,北连花坑水库。核心景区的历史街区——荫山街,海拔600米,堪称浙江省最高的街区,被称为“天街”、“天市”,是莫干山核心景区里最繁华的商贸街区。


荫山街,总长约400米,集食、宿于一地,同时还是上下山进入各个景区的换乘地,沿街设有餐饮、商业、住宿、文化等多种生活配套,包括邮局、餐厅、咖啡馆、文化礼堂、教堂、别墅酒店等。荫山街的历史可追溯至19世纪末20世纪初,当时商铺林立、熙来攘往,满足了来此兴建别墅和度假游客的生活、娱乐所需。主要商铺为中华银楼、源泰杂货店、伊文思书馆分销处、商务印书馆陈列所、西式成衣店、蔡丫头皮鞋店等,之后设立了邮局、泳池、网球场、电影院等设施。
Yinshan Street, with a total length of approximately 400 meters, is a hub for dining and accommodation, serving as a transportation center for visitors entering and exiting different scenic spots. Along the street, there are diverse living facilities, including restaurants, commercial establishments, accommodations, and cultural venues, such as post offices, restaurants, cafes, cultural halls, churches, and villa hotels.The history of Yinshan Street dates back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was a bustling commercial hub with numerous shops catering to the needs of villa builders and vacationers. The main shops at that time included Chinese Jewelry, Yuantai Grocery Store, Evans Bookstore Distribution Center, The Commercial Press Exhibition Hall, Western-style Clothing Store, and The Girl Cai’s Shoe Store. Subsequently, additional facilities such as post office, swimming pool, tennis court, and cinema were established.

邀请规划设计、旅游发展、景区运营、文化宣传策划类等行业专家(侧重国内一流文旅、景区、策划机构专家)组成评审委员会。The Review Committee will be composed of experts from various industries, including planning and design, tourism development, scenic area operation, and cultural promotion and planning. The focus will be on inviting top domestic experts from leading cultural tourism, scenic area, and planning agencies to form the committee.


本次竞赛流程包括设计机构资格遴选和方案竞赛两个阶段。

第二阶段:方案竞赛阶段
1、入围参赛申请人提交符合竞赛命题的成果文件;
2、由主办方委托组织策划方召开“专家评审会”。参赛申请人(独立法人或联合体)主创设计师对设计方案进行介绍及答辩,现场讲解设计理念。竞赛评审委员会进行评审,确定相关奖项;
3、每家入围参赛申请人只允许提交一个设计方案。
Stage Two: Design Proposal Competition
1. The shortlisted participants submit their designdeliverables in accordance with the competition brief.
2. The competition organizing committee, appointed by the host, holds the "Expert Review Meeting." The participating applicants (either independent entities or consortia) present and defend their design proposals, providing on-site presentations of their design proposals. The competition review committee conducts evaluationsanddetermines relatedawards.
3. Each shortlisted participant is allowed to submit only one design proposal.

本次竞赛总奖金123万元,分为机构组总奖金100万元和个人组总奖金23万元两个部分。获奖单位及特别有创意的规划设计成果将有机会受邀参与后期深化项目。
The total bonus for this competition is 1,230,000 RMB, which is divided into two parts, i.e. 1,000,000 RMB for agencies and 230,000 RMB for individuals. The winners and the results of planning and design that are specially creative will have the opportunities to be invited to participate in the design development forthe project.

5、本次竞赛所有提交设计成果文件须为参赛申请人(独立法人或联合体)原创作品。

2、来自全球建筑、室内、景观、规划等相关设计及艺术专业的设计师均可以个人或团队名义参加,提交已完成的设计作品,设计作品需表达与莫干山荫山街建筑相同或相似的设计概念。
2. It is open to all global designers of any major related to architecture, interiors, landscape, planning, etc. Both individuals and teams can participate in the competition, and submitthe completed designworks. The design work shall express the same or similar design concept with that of buildings in Yinshan Street, Moganshan.

机构组报名方式:
1、正式报名:凡有意参加本次竞赛活动的参赛机构,需先进行报名登记,参赛机构应在竞赛公告页面下载报名表格并完整填写信息后,须于2023年9月27日17时00分(北京时间)之前发送邮件至指定邮箱moganshan@youngbird.com.cn。电子邮件主题及正文须清晰标注“莫干山核心景区规划及荫山街概念设计国际竞赛+参赛机构名称”;

7. All drawings and descriptive text must not reveal the identity of the participants (such as names, companies, etc.). Any violation will result in disqualification from the competition.

参赛申请人递交报名材料即视为接受以下知识产权条款。
By submitting the registration materials, the applicant accepts the following intellectual property terms:
1. The applicant warrants that it has the legal rights and intellectual property ownership of all drawings, descriptions, electronic documents, and other related files (collectively referred to as "deliverables") prepared for the provided services.
2. The copyright of all planning and designdeliverables prepared by the applicant belongs to the applicant. After the competition organizer pays the prize money, the intellectual property rights of this portion of the deliverables will belong to the competition organizer. The organizer may display and promote the deliverables submitted by the applicant on media, professional magazines, publications, or through other forms.
3. The applicant shall ensure that the submitteddeliverables do not and will not infringe upon any other person's intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights and patents) or proprietary technology or trade secrets within or outside China. The applicant guarantees that if the deliverables use or include any other person's intellectual property or proprietary technology or trade secrets, the applicant has obtained legal, valid, and sufficient authorization from the rights holder. The applicant shall bear all legal liabilities arising from infringement of others' intellectual property or proprietary technology or trade secrets.
4. The intellectual property rights of design foundation materials provided by the competition applicant during the competition period (including design drawings and related materials) belong to the competition organizer and related design units. The applicant may only use the aforementioned materials for the purpose of participating in the design and preparing the design proposal.
