是这样吗？我是相信爱是的确存在的，只是在现实中，大多数人都困于现实，或者打着爱的名义或者利用爱这个词，爱情成为了奢侈品。但是总有人会相信爱是存在的，存在于自己的内心，并执着追求。
菲尔.柯林斯一边演奏钢琴，一边唱着这首自编自写的歌，可以说是全能型歌手。还有人说歌曲的歌词是不重要的，而是乐曲重要，只能说，这个世界上的人大多数都是主观臆断的，只能在自己狭小的目光之下判断这个世界。
这首歌的旋律固然很美，但真正打动人心的是发自内心深处的呼唤，对失去的爱人的追悔，“只有你是真正了解我的人”，道出了爱情的真谛，那个让我们难以忘怀，追寻的人不正是世界上真正了解自己的人吗？人生难得一知己是古今中外的爱情和友谊的永恒的话题。
