第二幕拍出了萨弗迪兄弟的感觉，整体架构还是太简单了。不过最后5分钟真是好，彻底的粉碎，从一个以苦笑收场的可笑的闹剧变成了极具悲剧感的生存处境。

Grey 看过 M就是凶手 M - Eine Stadt sucht einen Mörder (1931)
现在看老片还是很不习惯叙事节奏，从时代来看有极强的隐喻及预言性。最后的审判实在惊人。《巴比伦柏林》许多应该都继承自此。虽是第一部朗的有声片，主要还是靠光影构图。
